In 2023, that vision became reality.
HVAC Industries was founded by a team of experienced professionals who had worked together for many years across multiple sectors and complex projects. Many of the people who joined the journey were long-term colleagues, trusted subcontractors, and industry professionals who shared the same mindset, values, and commitment to excellence.
We came together with one goal

Establishing HVAC Industries in 2023, our leadership team spent more than 15 years working within one of the industry’s leading mechanical contractors, delivering projects across a wide range of sectors with annual turnover exceeding $150 million.
The journey started from the warehouse floor, learning every stage of the industry firsthand, and progressed through the ranks to senior leadership and construction management.

Project Overview
HVAC Industries was engaged to deliver a critical passive fire upgrade at Banks Lodge, an aged care facility in Peakhurst. The project involved designing, replacing, and upgrading passive fire systems to ensure compliance with stringent safety standards while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents. Additionally, the integration of efficient air conditioning and ventilation systems was a key focus to enhance the overall comfort. Given the sensitive nature of the facility, careful planning and coordination were essential to minimize disruption to daily operations.
Our Approach
As the building was over 15 years old, there was no up-to-date fire register covering all services, both original and those added over the years, including air conditioning and HVAC systems. Our team meticulously mapped every system, creating a comprehensive register of all fire penetrations and smoke barriers, while also tagging aircon components for easier identification. Achieving full compliance required innovative solutions, including the careful relocation of hydraulic pipework, ductwork, and refrigerant piping, all coordinated to meet stringent fire safety requirements and enhance overall ventilation.
Outcome
The project was completed on time, delivering a fully compliant, future-ready passive fire system that enhances the overall safety of the facility and sets a new benchmark for aged care operational excellence. Proactive communication, meticulous execution, and careful coordination ensured minimal impact on residents and staff, reinforcing HVAC Industries’ reputation for delivering complex projects in sensitive environments with precision and care. Additionally, the integration of advanced air conditioning and ventilation systems further contributes to improved air quality and comfort within the facility.
South Village,
Kirrawee
Project Overview
South Village is a landmark development in Kirrawee, combining residential and retail spaces with a 9,000sqm parking facility and a 14,000sqm shopping precinct. Our team was engaged under a $17 million build value to deliver the full design and installation of the HVAC system, which includes effective air conditioning and ventilation solutions. Joining the project during an active construction schedule presented significant challenges, requiring adaptability and precision to integrate our air conditioning systems seamlessly with ongoing works.
Our Approach
To overcome a year-long delay and meet revised timelines for our HVAC project, we deployed a structured, multi-team strategy. Dedicated teams managed programming, procurement of critical components for air conditioning systems, and early sourcing of long-lead materials, while a 100-strong on-site workforce executed the installation of aircon units with precision. This coordinated approach ensured compliance with design requirements and maintained the highest quality standards throughout, particularly in the areas of ventilation and air conditioning.
Outcome
Despite the late start and complex site conditions, the project was completed ahead of schedule. Our ability to manage risk, streamline processes, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders ensured a successful outcome. The early completion of South Village stands as a testament to our expertise in delivering large-scale, high-pressure projects, including effective HVAC and ventilation systems, without compromising on quality or safety. This success highlights our proficiency in integrating air conditioning solutions into complex builds.
