Following the successful delivery of Stage One, HVAC Industries was re-engaged to undertake an air-conditioning upgrade within the ALDI GMD Office facility, focused on enhancing occupant comfort and improving system efficiency.
Project Scope
• Installation of new air-conditioning systems
• Associated mechanical and electrical works
• Supply and installation of flexible ductwork and fabricated plenums
• Removal of redundant services
• Full commissioning and performance testing
The project was completed in full compliance with Australian Standards and NCC/BCA requirements, as well as ALDI’s internal performance criteria.
Headquarters - Minchinbury (Stage 1)
HVAC Industries delivered a comprehensive mechanical services upgrade to the Ground-Floor Social Hub and Western Amenities at ALDI’s Minchinbury Headquarters. The works included installation of new exhaust systems fully integrated into the Building Management System (BMS) with upgraded control strategies to improve operational performance and air quality.

• Sensor relocations and BMS graphics updates
• Point-to-point commissioning and verification
• Independent air balancing of new and existing services
• Final optimisation to meet ALDI operational standards
All systems were commissioned, tested and balanced to ensure compliance with project requirements, with full documentation provided through detailed O&M manuals and commissioning reports issued in July 2024.
