Project Scope

HVAC Industries was engaged by Programmed Electrical Technologies Pty Ltd to deliver the mechanical services installation for the Moss Vale Data Centre, focusing on the installation of critical cooling infrastructure required to support the facility’s IT environments.

Data centre facilities require highly reliable mechanical systems capable of maintaining stable environmental conditions, redundancy, and continuous operational performance. HVAC Industries worked closely with the client and project stakeholders to ensure all cooling infrastructure was installed in accordance with the project specifications, commissioning procedures, and operational requirements associated with data centre environments.

The project involved the installation and commissioning of precision cooling systems, ensuring that temperature and humidity conditions within the server rooms could be maintained within strict operating tolerances.

Commissioning & Compliance

• Full system air balancing and performance testing

• System commissioning to verify compliance with design intent

• Preparation and delivery of O&M manuals

• Provision of as-built drawings and documentation

• Installation works covered by a 24-month defect liability period

All works completed in compliance with NCC requirements and AS1668 standards
