Mascot
HVAC Industries was engaged under a Design & Construct contract to deliver the complete mechanical services solution for the new Storage King Mascot facility, one of the largest Storage King developments in NSW.
Project Scope
• Provision of fully registered mechanical design, including coordination, shop drawings and as-built documentation
• Installation of heat pump VRF system serving meeting rooms
• Installation of high static ducted air conditioning system serving the service counter and waiting area
• Supply and installation of air conditioning systems to office areas
• Provision and installation of dedicated fresh air system
• Supply and installation of ventilation systems across all ten (10) levels of amenities
• Installation of multiple mechanical exhaust systems serving amenities, kitchen, waste and pump rooms
• Supply and installation of all fire dampers, including application of fire-rated vermiculite spray protection to penetrations and ductwork in accordance with relevant Australian Standards
• Installation of two (2) stair pressurisation systems for life safety compliance
• Independent air balancing of new and existing services
• Full commissioning, testing and performance verification
• Final system optimisation to meet Storage King operational standards
Albion Park
HVAC Industries was engaged under a Design & Construct (D&C) contract to deliver the full mechanical services package for the new Storage King Albion Park facility.
Project Scope
• Provision of fully registered mechanical design, including coordination, shop drawings and as-built documentation
• Supply and installation of air conditioning systems serving office areas
• Supply and installation of car park exhaust system to ground level drive-through areas
• Supply and installation of ventilation systems across all seven (7) levels of amenities
• Supply and installation of all required fire dampers
• Independent air balancing of new and existing services
• Full commissioning and final optimisation to meet Storage King operational standards
