Parliament House VIC
Legislative Council Table Offices – Mechanical & BMS Upgrade
Status: Completed – May 2024
HVAC Industries was engaged to deliver the mechanical services and building management system upgrade for the Legislative Council Table Offices within Parliament House Victoria. The project required a contractor capable of delivering high-precision mechanical works within a sensitive government environment, while maintaining exceptional documentation standards and coordination with existing building infrastructure.
HVAC Industries was selected based on our extensive experience in complex commercial mechanical services projects and our industry-leading level of technical documentation, which often exceeds the standards typically produced by Tier 1 and Tier 2 mechanical contractors.
At HVAC Industries, we pride ourselves on delivering not only high-quality installations, but also comprehensive, accurate, and client-aligned documentation. Our engineering and administration teams carefully adapt our documentation structure to match each client’s internal systems, including document numbering, filing protocols, and compliance requirements—a critical factor when working within environments such as Parliament House Victoria.
