The Challenge

Storage King's Mascot facility required a sophisticated mechanical ventilation and climate control strategy capable of managing high-density storage environments across massive floor plates. Technical challenges included strict temperature stability requirements for sensitive inventory and the operational complexity of integrating new HVAC systems into an active, high-traffic commercial development without interrupting daily site logistics.

The Solution

HVAC Industries delivered an engineering-led mechanical design featuring high-efficiency Daikin VRV systems paired with custom-fabricated ductwork suitable for open-plan plant rooms. Our delivery approach utilized a phased installation schedule to accommodate ongoing site works. The solution included a fully integrated Building Management System (BMS) to provide real-time monitoring and redundancy, ensuring consistent environmental performance and long-term energy efficiency targets were met.
